Bopa is a multimedia artist based in London. She creates video and animation content for some of the worlds’s leading brands, musicians and events. The work stretches from art directing, producing motion graphics, installations, teaching, stage design and live video performance. She explores any medium required to get the best results in any project. She also constructs strong teams out of talented and tested freelancers who help her when the projects are larger and deadlines shorter.
She has worked on projects for artists and brands such as Beyonce, Roxy Music, Philips, BBC, Bacardi, Intel, Net-A-Porter and many more. On this website you'll find some of her previous creations. The company Fablemaze, who handled Karl Lagerfeld's global label launch for Net-A-Porter created the concept of using an interactive video cube as an attraction point at the Paris launch. Bopa was hired by Fablemaze to work on the video content displayed on the cube. The 10ft x 10ft cube was designed to react to its surroundings, with content and behaviour changing as the cube senses human proximity.

For the launch of Beyonce's House of Dereon fashion label, Bopa was asked to create a 90 seconds intro video streching over multiple screens around the catwalk. The video set the tone and guided the audience into the theme of the collection. View the directors cut of the video here.

'Falling deep inside' is the name of a short film produced to be played on stage at Carlos Acosta's Premieres dance show. The short film was selected to be shown at Raindance film festival 2011. The film is directed by Simon Elliott and edited by Bopa. View the video here

Bopa has been working on various projects with Bryan Ferry for the last couple of years and it was great to be asked to create the visual backdrop for the Bryan Ferry Olympia Tour 2011. Bryan Ferry tour visuals

Roxy Music will be back on tour in the beginning of 2011 with visuals created by Bopa art directed by Bryan Ferry. The tour will be crossing the UK, Australia and New Zealand. More details here.

Bopa worked with ML studios to create the multiscreen visuals for Jon Bon Jovi's perfomance of Livin on a prayer, shown on X-factor in November 2010. View the performance here.

Bopa worked with art director Mark Logue creating a fox's journey which ends at a ball in Peculiar wood. A mixture between shadow puppetry and animation was used to create the visuals to accompany the Christmas party dinner guests.

Venus Casino approached Bopa to create a web viral for for their first single Can't get over you. The video has toped the Myspace music video chart for the last 6 months. View the video here.

Ne1co is yet again touring with Godskitchen, this time asking Bopa to join the team of animators/VJs creating varius themed visuals to go with the world tour of 2010 and 2011.

Bopa was asked by Ne1co to design this year's countdown visuals for DJ Mag's famous award for the world's top 100 DJ's. The event was held in Ministry of Sound in London and Sankeys in Manchester.

As promotion for Carlos Acosta's solo show in London he appeared on BBC Breakfast. Parts of the slow motion piece, Bopa has been working on for the show was shown. View Carlos Acosta on BBC Breakfast here

Bopa was asked to perform at the final Jonathan Ross Show on BBC, with Roxy Music. Virginia plain and Love is a drug was performed with visuals created by Bopa.

Acosta has been breaking away from principal roles at the Royal Ballet by curating his own programmes and in this show entitled 'Premieres', we will see video pieces created by Bopa and other artists. View one of the videos here

In March this 2010 Bopa worked as part of a team at RSA films to create the visuals for Chemical Brothers audio/visual album - Escape Velocity. The album will be released 14th of June. View video here
